Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of professional training experience, field sales training, or training management.
• Experience influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboard product training and education for new-hire and tenured sales staff.
• Create instructor-led, distance learning, video and web-based curricula.
• Travel with sales teams to coach and elevate performance.
• Develop training for new product launches with Sales Enablement, Marketing and Product Management.
• Align curricula with the Sales Marketing Action Plan and track learning outcomes.
