Job summary

Waters is seeking a Sales Training and Development Manager to design and deliver education programs across the Advanced Diagnostic portfolio. You will partner with sales, sales leadership, marketing and product teams to boost readiness, performance, and customer experience in field environments.

The role is located near a major airport in the Central or West time zones, with up to 70% travel to home office, in the field, and required meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of professional training experience and field sales training.
• 5+ years of medical sales experience required.
• Familiarity with influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Review strategic imperatives for Advanced Diagnostics and design curricula.
• Facilitate onboarding product training and design courses based on adult learning principles.
• Create instructor-led, distance learning, video and web content for new-hire classes and launches.
• Travel with new and in-role sales associates to coach and elevate skills and performance.
• Develop training for tenured personnel and field sales managers; coordinate with Sales Enablement, Marketing and Product Management.
