Job summary
Waters is seeking a Manager, Clinical Applications to lead a team of Clinical Application Specialists across the Western U.S., delivering clinical leadership and technical oversight for Waters Advanced Diagnostics solutions. You will guide customers through implementation, validation, training, and go-live activities.
The role requires strong people leadership, extensive clinical microbiology and diagnostics expertise, and the ability to partner with Sales and Commercial teams to drive adoption,
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree with CLS/MLT certification.
- 8 years of experience in clinical microbiology or clinical diagnostics.
- 2 years of direct people leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Applications Specialists to meet targets.
- Monitor team performance and feedback metrics.
- Coordinate customer engagement strategies to strengthen partnerships.
- Understand regional sales objectives, pipeline and priorities.
- Align resources to achieve regional revenue goals.
- Provide clinical expertise during opportunity reviews and sales discussions.
- Collaborate with Commercial Leadership to prioritize support needs.
- Oversee field-based clinical application activities and post-live follow-up.
