Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Sales Learning & Development professional in Phoenix, AZ to design and deliver strategic training programs that accelerate sales rep productivity and retention. You will partner with sales leadership to tailor programs for multiple business units and complex product sets.

Responsibilities include leading ILT/VILT sessions, developing materials, and coaching cohorts to achieve performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4 years of relevant sales or sales training experience.
• 4 years of B2B sales experience.
• 4 years of Paychex experience related to the position.
• 4 years in prospecting, pipeline management, networking.
• Proficiency in sales training, coaching, and presentations.
• Experience with instructional design and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate sales learning programs to drive retention and productivity.
• Lead ILT and/or VILT sessions and report on retention and performance.
• Create and maintain high-quality facilitation materials and agendas.
• Coach participants to meet performance objectives and remove barriers.
• Collaborate with L&D partners to ensure materials align with business strategies.
• Maintain field presence and provide timely feedback to leadership.
• Participate in leadership meetings and training events to identify opportunities.
