Job summary

Paychex is seeking an Learning & Development professional to design and administer programs that improve new hire retention and productivity across business units. You will collaborate with leadership to tailor learning to client needs and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities include delivering ILT and VILT sessions, developing materials, coaching cohorts, and partnering with project teams to ensure program relevance and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, service or training roles.
• Experience in B2B sales/service environments.
• Experience in consultative or relationship management.
• Experience in industry-specific sales/service domains.
• Experience in prospecting, pipeline management, networking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate learning programs to drive retention and productivity.
• Lead ILT/VILT tasks and report on KPIs and proficiency.
• Create high-quality materials: agendas, lesson plans, coaching decks.
• Coach cohorts to improve performance and remove barriers.
• Partner with PMs, Designers and Content Curators on materials.
• Observe in-person and virtual performance and give feedback.
• Join leadership meetings to suggest learner-focused improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
