Job summary

Paychex is seeking a qualified professional to develop, administer and facilitate strategic sales learning and development programs that drive new hire retention and rep productivity across multiple business units. You will partner with sales leadership to ensure programs meet business objectives and deliver measurable results.

You will lead ILT and VILT sessions, create coaching materials, and support field teams with data-driven insights to improve sales processes and tool adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
• 4 years of experience in relevant and proven sales or sales training experience, Paychex sales or sales leadership experience and cross-functional expertise preferred.
• 4 years of experience in B2B sales experience.
• 4 years of experience in Paychex experience as it relates to the position.
• 4 years of experience in prospecting, pipeline management, networking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate sales learning and development programs that drive new hire retention and sales rep productivity.
• Lead Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) tasks and report on retention and performance.
• Create high-quality facilitation materials including agendas, lesson plans and coaching decks.
• Coach and guide cohorts to meet performance objectives in collaboration with sales leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align materials with business unit strategies and standards.
• Maintain a strong field presence and provide timely feedback to leadership on performance and development opportunities.
• Participate in leadership meetings and training events to identify opportunities for improvement and industry relevance.
