Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Required.
• 5 years of management experience.
• 10+ years of Training experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct outputs of Training and Development Center staff including trainers and instructional designers.
• Develop, manage, and evaluate training programs for product, systems, sales, operations, and corporate training.
• Recruit and interview new training managers and coach others.
• Oversee program quality within budget and adjust operating plans as needed.
• Collaborate with senior management to determine training needs for all business units.
