Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Sales Learning & Development professional to design and administer strategic programs that boost sales productivity across multiple units. You will act as a strategic partner with sales leadership to tailor programs for internal and external clients, measuring outcomes and driving ongoing improvements.

You will execute ILT and VILT initiatives, create compelling materials, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure relevance and impact while maintaining a strong focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
• 4 years of experience in relevant and proven sales or sales training experience, Paychex sales or sales leadership experience and cross-functional expertise preferred.
• 4 years of experience in B2B sales experience.
• 4 years of experience in Paychex experience as it relates to the position.
• 4 years of experience in prospecting, pipeline management, networking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate sales learning & development programs that drive new hire retention and reps productivity to meet metrics.
• Lead Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Virtual ILT (VILT) and report on retention, performance, and proficiency to leadership.
• Create and maintain high-quality ILT/VILT materials including agendas, lesson plans, coaching decks and program materials.
• Guide cohorts to required performance levels, identify barriers, and coach for proficiency to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with Learning Designers and Content Curators to ensure program materials align with business strategies.
