Paychex is seeking a senior leader in Training and Development to drive the delivery of classroom and field-based training across company products and systems. You will partner with senior leadership to assess needs and design scalable programs that meet organizational goals.

The role oversees a diverse team of trainers, instructional designers, and project staff, ensuring program quality while managing budgets and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• 10+ years in training experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs Training and Development Center staff, including trainers and instructional designers.
• Oversees delivery of all company product and systems training within budget.
• Leads recruitment and interview process for new training managers.
• Coaches and develops other training managers.
• Evaluates program quality and budget alignment.
• Reviews budgets and plans to meet company expectations.
• Identifies training needs with senior management and explores external resources.
