Box is seeking a seasoned recruiter to lead talent engagement for senior GTM roles in a fast-changing environment. You will align with Sales and GTM leaders, map talent markets, and craft targeted outreach to high-priority candidates.

You will partner with recruiters to move candidates through the process, calibrate AI-assisted tools, and represent Box at events while building strong relationships across the org and with external communities.

Formación

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including finding and engaging in‑demand talent and helping close hires.
• Experience recruiting Sales talent in a technology company and understanding Commercial vs Enterprise Go To Market roles.
• Enjoy market research and relationship-building as much as search; develop reasons for candidates to respond.
• Understand how AI-assisted search and outreach tools work in practice and improve team usage.
• Clear writing and verbal communication; able to engage senior leaders and passive candidates.
• Use recruiting data to inform decisions, considering compensation, role design, market conditions, and process quality.
• Build trusted relationships across functions, manage priorities, and act decisively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-centered, solutions-oriented mindset with curiosity and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Set the talent engagement strategy with Sales and GTM leaders and Recruiters for prioritized, senior, or business-critical roles.
• Build talent market insight by mapping pools across companies, communities, and adjacent industries and assess profiles for relevance.
• Create candidate-specific outreach that explains why the role and Box is worth a conversation; build relationships with high-priority talent.
• Calibrate sourcing and outreach tools using AI and recruiting tech; review results and adjust inputs for quality.
• Qualify interest and pass useful context to the recruiter with candidate knowledge.
• Partner with GTM Recruiters to coordinate searches and progress candidates through the process.
• Represent Box by engaging talent communities and attending events to connect people with opportunities.
