Job summary

Box is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to join its world-class Recruiting team in New York. You will own full-cycle recruitment for Commercial and Enterprise Sales, partnering with cross-functional teams to attract top GTM talent.

You will leverage data to influence hiring decisions, drive process improvements, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will use Greenhouse and other tools, with a requirement to be in the office at least 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Sales recruiting for a technology company is required.
• Experience with technical or GTM recruiting is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a diverse set of roles across Commercial and Enterprise Sales.
• Partner with teams to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies.
• Use data and insights to influence talent decisions and business objectives.
• Drive process improvements and participate in cross-functional projects.
• Reliably use Greenhouse and other recruiting tools in our stack.
• Collaborate with People Partners, Finance, and other teams on headcount planning.
• Be a culture champion for Box through authentic storytelling.
