Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate on the Commercial Operations team to drive the current and future state of how our team partners with and delivers impact to sales across all lines of business. You will define and operationalize strategy, own capacity planning, and become the subject matter expert on data while generating deep insights and recommendations to improve deal velocity and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, tech, strategy, business operations or related experience.
• Ability to map complex processes and produce end to end documentation and processes and workflows (Lucidchart, Google Slides, etc.).
• Versatile problem solver with a structured approach for identifying, sizing, and solving problems through strong project/program management capabilities.
• Manual data extraction from disparate sources leveraging CRM reporting, SQL, AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude + Snowflake Integrations).
• Analyze data sets to generate insights, size impact, and build data models for future work.
