Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate on the Commercial Operations team to drive the current and future state of our work. You will help build and execute the team strategy, own capacity planning, and serve as the data subject matter expert across sales.

You will generate deep insights, provide recommendations to improve deal velocity and accuracy, and lead the delivery of projects that impact sales across all lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, tech, strategy, business operations or related fields; high-growth or tech company experience preferred.
• Ability to map complex processes end-to-end using tools like Lucidchart or Google Slides.
• Structured, disciplined problem solver with strong project/program management skills.
• Ability to extract data from disparate sources using CRM reporting, SQL and AI tools; build data models for future work.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the team strategy and capacity planning for Commercial Operations.
• Act as the data subject matter expert across sales, generating insights and recommendations to improve deal velocity and accuracy.
• Lead delivery of projects and programs impacting sales across all business lines.
• Effectively communicate findings and decisions to stakeholders at the right level and time.
• Collaborate with a wide range of partners to connect dots and influence decisions.
