Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate on the Commercial Operations team to define and execute the team strategy, own capacity planning, and serve as a data expert driving insights to improve deal velocity. You will deliver projects impacting sales across all lines of business.

You will extract data from CRM, SQL, and AI tools to inform decisions, collaborate with many partners, and help optimize processes in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, tech, strategy, business operations or related experience; high-growth or tech company preferred.
• Deep understanding of complex processes and ability to produce end-to-end documentation and workflows (Lucidchart, Google Slides, etc., or similar tooling).
• Versatile problem solver with structured approach to identify, size, and solve problems via strong project/program management.
• Ability to manually extract data from disparate sources leveraging CRM reporting, SQL, AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Snowflake integrations).
• Analyze data sets to generate insights, size estimated impact of current and future states, and build data models for future work.
