You will drive data-driven decisions, optimize operational processes, and leverage AI tooling to centralize key metrics across sales, partner management, operations, product, and analytics teams.

The role emphasizes improving sales productivity, end-to-end execution, and cross-functional collaboration to scale merchant partners’ businesses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, technology, banking, analytics or related fields.
• Strong cross-functional business experience, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Sigma, Tableau); comfortable with large data sets.
• Willing to roll up sleeves and be a "humble doer".
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Help shape post-sales strategy to accelerate SMB restaurant growth.
• Improve reporting cadences, pipeline tracking, and sales productivity with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale offerings for SMBs.
• Lead future Account Management efforts using AI tooling to improve efficiency.
