Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest region who will support small to medium-size customers, manage distribution, and collaborate with large accounts.

You will lead lead generation, define territories, analyze sales data, and deliver technical solutions to customers via face-to-face, phone, or email. The role involves developing sales forecasts, executing price strategies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive CX results while expanding Dow’s

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship not provided.

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan with volume and value; align with marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plan and analyze data for product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
