Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth with small to mid-size customers and manage distribution within the market. You will engage with large accounts, shape sales strategies, and partner across functions to deliver value and customer success.

The role emphasizes lead generation, territory planning, analytics, and multi-channel communication to build Dow’s presence and win market share. Regional scope may vary and can be global.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience (US E5/Canadian PO2/Sergeant)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work legally in the United States (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network at different levels
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain
• Use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals and regulations
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results
