Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small-to-medium customers and manage distribution, while collaborating with large accounts and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plan across functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to inform product development and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
