Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Pacific Northwest region, managing distribution and large accounts while supporting smaller customers.

The role includes lead generation, territory planning, sales analytics, and delivering technical solutions through multiple channels. The position emphasizes relationship building, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on volume, value, and market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Ability to work legally in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver in volume and value; align with marketing plan with other functions
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain
• Collect and analyze market intelligence to shape sales plans and product decisions
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals and Dow processes
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results
