Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest to support small to medium-sized customers and manage distribution.

You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers, while leading negotiations and price strategies aligned with Dow’s goals. You will generate leads, define territories, provide sales analytics, and collaborate across functions to deliver CX results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value while coordinating with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
