Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to manage distribution, grow the customer base, and engage with large accounts.

You will lead lead generation, define sales territories, analyze sales data, and provide technical solutions via face-to-face, phone, or email communications. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, price strategy development, and alignment with Dow’s marketing and production teams while ensuring compliance and regional growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Build and expand customer relationships at multiple levels within client organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value and align sales plans with marketing.
