Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to various levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering volume and value, and align sales with the marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
