Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to drive growth with small to mid-size customers and manage distribution.

The role includes working with large accounts, leading cross-functional initiatives, and providing technical solutions to customer challenges through multiple channels. Responsibilities span lead generation, territory definition, sales analytics, and strategic pricing, while collaborating with Production, Supply Chain, and Marketing to achieve CX

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience (US E5/Canadian PO2/Sergeant or higher).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Grow relationships across multiple levels within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Leverage market intelligence to shape sales plans and guide decisions on product development.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies consistent with legal and Dow processes.
