Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution within the Pacific Northwest region.

The role includes working with large accounts, overseeing non-selling processes, and building relationships with key influencers across face-to-face, phone, and email channels. Key duties involve developing sales plans, forecasting with Production and Supply Chain, and using market intelligence to guide product opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within the customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan; analyze data to inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
