Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to drive growth with small to medium-size customers and manage distribution.

You will also engage with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build influential relationships across organizations through face-to-face, phone, and email channels. The role emphasizes generating leads, defining territories, and delivering against a comprehensive sales plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above a US E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; collaborate with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence to shape the sales plan and product development.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
