Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. The role focuses on supporting small to medium-size customers, managing distribution, and building relationships with key influencers across face-to-face, phone, and email channels.

Responsibilities include lead generation, defining sales territories, sales analytics, and coordinating with Production and Supply Chain to deliver volume and value. Regional scope may vary and can be global at times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals.
