Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest to support small to medium customers and manage distribution, while engaging with large accounts and key influencers.

You will generate leads, define sales territories, analyze sales data, and collaborate across functions to implement price strategies and meet volume and value goals. Strong communication and CRM skills are required for success.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plan and analyze data for decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
