Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium customers and manage distribution. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at/above U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships across multiple levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plan and collaborate with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Utilize market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions.
