Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest to drive growth with small to mid-size customers and manage distribution. You will build relationships, generate leads, define sales territories, and coordinate with Production and Supply Chain to deliver volume and value.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, minimum 3 years of experience, and US work authorization. You will engage across channels, perform market analysis, and develop price strategies while

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network at different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain coordination.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plans and guide new product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal and regulatory factors.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
