The role is consultative from strategy through integration and post-launch success across payments, trading, and partner ecosystems.

You will manage deal execution, build relationships with partner stakeholders, and contribute market insights to shape Coinbase's infrastructure roadmap and positioning for financial institutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, BD, or partnerships at PSP/fintech/bank/crypto.
• Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Knowledge of payments, trading, stablecoins, wallets and rails.
• Able to explain crypto concepts to exec audiences clearly.
• Uses generative AI with human oversight to improve outputs.

Responsibilities

• Originate new partnership opportunities with PSPs, fintechs, and banks.
• Manage deal execution from diligence through close with legal, compliance, and tech workstreams.
• Lead partner conversations translating Coinbase's capabilities into value propositions.
• Partner with Product, Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and Sales for onboarding.
• Share market intelligence to inform product roadmap and positioning.
