Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Pacific Northwest region. You will manage distribution, engage large accounts, and lead cross-functional initiatives across sales and marketing teams.

The role emphasizes generating leads, defining territories, and delivering volume and value through strategic planning and customer-focused solutions. Strong communication and analytics are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military rank (U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Build relationships across customer levels and execute the sales/marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategy aligned with business goals.
