Dow Inc. in the United States invites applications for a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest region. You will support small to medium customers, manage distribution, and work with large accounts, building strong relationships across organizations.

You will generate leads, define territories, analyze sales data, and deliver technical solutions through face-to-face, phone, or email channels. The role may be regional or global depending on alignment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about new product development.
• Lead and conduct negotiations and develops and implement price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
