Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium customers and manage distribution. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers.

The role involves generating leads, defining sales territories, providing sales analytics, and delivering technical solutions via multiple channels. Regional scope may vary by alignment and, at times, be global.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent military rank experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within the customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver in volume and value; align with marketing plan.
