Job summary

Dow Inc. has a Senior Sales Specialist opening in the Pacific Northwest region. You will support small to medium customers, manage distribution, and collaborate with large accounts while overseeing non-selling processes.

Build relationships with key influencers and drive leads, territories, and analytics across multiple channels. Responsibilities include developing sales plans, forecasting with Production and Supply Chain, and negotiating price strategies aligned with Dow goals and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience (U.S. E5 or Canadian rank) required or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing across functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and analyze market data to shape sales strategy and product development.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies considering legal and regulatory factors.
