Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest to support small to mid-size customers, manage distribution, and collaborate with large accounts. You will lead lead generation, define sales territories, and provide technical solutions while engaging customers via face-to-face, phone, or email.

The role may be regional or global. You will build strong relationships, develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, and negotiate pricing strategies within regulatory

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience (US E5 or Canadian equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities.
• Develop relationships across organizational levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan with volume/value delivery; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies in line with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
