Job summary

Paychex is expanding its Paychex team in the Allentown region, seeking a revenue-focused professional to secure profitable solutions for new and existing clients. A strong emphasis on consultative selling, relationship building, and strategic product framing drives success.

You will lead interactions with clients, negotiate and close on solutions, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and growth for Paychex’s workforce management offerings.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma is required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Some travel is required.
• Customer-focused, proactive, motivated, results-driven and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Present services and solutions to potential new clients and follow up for timing.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and promote additional products.
• Attend and lead sales efforts at trade shows.
• Provide high level customer service.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation and service.
