Prosper AI in New York City is seeking a Recruiter to own hiring for sales, customer success and revenue operations. This in-person role will partner with GTM leaders, manage the full cycle from kickoff to offer, and build proactive pipelines.

You will work closely with the Head of People and founders, reporting in NYC; success means fast, high-quality hires and a respectful candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles at a fast-growing tech startup.
• Experience hiring account executives and SDRs with end-to-end search examples.
• Ability to assess sales talent: quotas, deals, cycles.
• Strong passive candidate sourcing.
• Capable of managing multiple searches concurrently.
• Provide data-driven candidate profiles to hiring managers.

Responsabilités

• Run GTM searches end-to-end from kickoff to offer.
• Hire across sales, CS, and RevOps, from SDRs/BDRs to senior AE.
• Source directly and build pipelines of top performers.
• Define role needs and assessment methods with GTM leaders.
• Close candidates with clear comp and equity details.
• Coordinate scheduling and office visits with Workplace & Culture Manager.
• Keep Ashby updated with pipeline metrics.
