AssemblyAI, Inc. is seeking a GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for Account Executives, BDRs, Customer Success, and Marketing roles. You will partner with the GTM Recruiting Lead and hiring managers across Sales, Customer Solutions, and Marketing to fill a high-volume slate of roles.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, AI-enabled outreach, and delivering a fast, transparent candidate experience while maintaining data in Greenhouse.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles in B2B SaaS or developer-tools.
• Experience hiring at volume (25+ GTM hires per year) across levels.
• Strong passive sourcing using multiple channels and AI tools.
• Familiarity with sales comp (OTE, quota, ramp) and recruiter storytelling.
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS and sourcing CRM.

Aufgaben

• Own full-cycle recruiting for 5-6 open GTM roles at a time.
• Source via LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, referrals, events, and AI tools.
• Use AI to speed market research and candidate messaging.
• Conduct Zoom screens and give crisp, decision-ready feedback.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles and run interviews.
• Manage offers including OTE/commission discussions and closing.
• Maintain clean data in Greenhouse and deliver a strong candidate experience.
