Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a deeply data-driven Senior Sales Operations Manager to own forecast, pipeline health, and analytics for our behavioral health revenue team. You will be the analytical engine and right hand to the VP of Sales, driving smarter decisions across reps and leaders.

You’ll manage Salesforce beyond admin, build dashboards, and apply an AI-first mindset to automate reporting and surface coaching insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Experience forecasting, pipeline analytics, and quota coaching.
• Strong data storytelling and ability to coach reps and leaders.
• Deep Salesforce expertise and admin-level data management.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales forecast and weekly forecast cadence.
• Track pipeline health, aging, stage progression, slippage, and risk.
• Own funnel analytics and translate numbers into actions for reps and leaders.
• Lead and develop the Solution Consultants team and align capacity with pipeline priorities.
• Design and improve end-to-end sales processes and enablement across teams.
