Synthesia, the world’s leading AI video platform, seeks a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to optimize our go‑to‑market engine. You’ll own systems, data, and processes, partnering with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to enable faster, better-informed decisions.

You’ll be hands-on with Salesforce, forecasting models, and pipeline analyses, delivering dashboards and insights to sales leadership while improving territory planning and quota processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related role.
• SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration a plus.
• Strong analytical and process-improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, forecast, quota attainment, and funnel conversion; deliver regular reporting to sales leadership.
• Prepare and validate data behind weekly/monthly/quarterly forecast calls.
• Improve territory planning, lead routing, deal desk operations, and quote-to-cash workflows.
• Model commission plans, calculate payouts, and assist with quota-setting analysis alongside Finance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success/RevOps, and Finance on GTM initiatives.
• Identify and troubleshoot data issues and drive fixes.
