Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to partner with regional sales leaders and field teams. You will own CRM account management, reporting cadences, pipeline health oversight, and revenue forecasting support to drive predictable revenue execution.

You will empower frontline reps, simplify complex data into clear insights, and contribute to a people-first culture that values growth, automation, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Sales Operations, Field Operations, or Business Analytics.
• Strong data storytelling for executive leaders.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Enforce CRM data hygiene and report accuracy for forecasting.
• Build and maintain dashboards and SOPs for sales ops processes.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Compensation to resolve payout discrepancies.
