Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to partner with the Sales and Finance teams, building systems and reports to scale GTM efforts. You'll own forecasting, territory planning, compensation, and performance reporting across the sales org.

You'll work at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Data Engineering to drive process improvements, data quality, and scalable solutions. A hybrid, fast-moving environment offers opportunities to influence revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or related field in tech/SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize core sales operations processes, systems, and operating cadences across the sales organization.
• Build forecasting processes, pipeline reporting, quota models, attainment tracking, and performance insights.
• Develop dashboards for funnel health, productivity, conversion, win rates, capacity, and revenue performance.
• Lead territory planning, coverage, and capacity analysis to optimize resource allocation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable CRM, BI, planning, compensation, and GTM solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Systems and Data Engineering to improve data quality and reporting infrastructure.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks across the sales cycle, including lead routing and opportunity management.
• Provide executive-ready analyses to inform growth, investment, and organizational design.
• Apply AI and automation to improve speed and reduce manual work.
