Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to scale our GTM engine across forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and compensation. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Data Engineering to build scalable processes and trusted dashboards.

You’ll lead cross-functional programs, translate business requirements into scalable CRM and BI solutions, and drive operational excellence while applying AI and automation to boost revenue outcomes.

Competenze

5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a tech/SaaS company.
Strong understanding of forecasting, quota and territory planning, and sales performance metrics.
Experience owning or improving CRM, BI, planning, or revenue tech systems.

Mansioni

Own and optimize core sales operations processes, systems, and cadences across the sales organization.
Partner with Sales and Finance to build forecasting, pipeline reporting, and quota models.
Develop dashboards providing funnel health, productivity, conversion, win rates, capacity, and revenue insights.
Lead territory planning, segmentation, and capacity analysis to optimize sales resource allocation.
Collaborate on compensation planning and plan administration, performance measurement, and reporting.
Translate business needs into scalable CRM, BI, and GTM system solutions.
Improve data quality and reporting infrastructure with Data Engineering.
Identify bottlenecks across the sales cycle and drive change management.
