Range, an AI-powered fintech, seeks its first dedicated Sales Operations hire to help scale a high-growth, regulated business. You will partner with sales leadership to own annual planning, target setting, and monthly business reviews, shaping the go-to-market strategy and forecasting processes.
In this in-office role, you will own Salesforce end-to-end, administer the GTM stack, build leadership dashboards, and drive automation and AI-enhanced workflows while collaborating with Finance,
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations
- Hands-on Salesforce experience with admin cert a plus
- Experience building CRM, forecasting, and revenue reporting systems
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and financial acumen
- Ability to present to senior leadership and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Responsabilités
- Shape Range's go-to-market strategy with sales leadership
- Own rhythm of the business: planning, target setting, reviews, forecasts
- Lead capacity planning and quota/compensation administration with Finance
- Own Salesforce end to end and GTM stack administration
- Build dashboards for pipeline, stage, cycle time, and win/loss
- Design and document sales process with Enablement to drive adoption
- Identify reporting issues and implement lasting fixes
- Drive automation and AI-assisted workflows end to end
