Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relatable experience.
• Must be fluent in Rental Man and On the Go usage.
• Proficient with DOT regulations and load securement guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Proactively answer and resolve customer questions.
• Schedule delivery and pickup of equipment and coordinate with drivers and vendors.
• Optimize routing and be a DOT regulations expert.
• Support branch coordinators and collaborate with territory sales reps.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and maximize revenue through great service.
