Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relatable experience.
• Fluent with Rental Man and On the Go.
• Proficient in DOT Regulations and load securement guidelines.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Proactively answer and resolve customer questions.
• Schedule delivery and pickup of equipment and coordinate with drivers/vendors.
• Optimize routing of drivers and ensure DOT compliance.
• Support branch coordinators and act as a trusted partner to sales reps.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and maximize revenue through service.
