Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager in Redmond, WA to drive operational excellence across revenue processes. You will own the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, CPQ, Apollo.io, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and align initiatives with Sales, Marketing, CS, and FP&A.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute GTM strategies including pricing, packaging, segmentation, and territory planning.
Own the GTM technology stack (Salesforce, CPQ, and related tools) and align roadmap with business goals.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and FP&A to optimize processes and forecasting.
Lead forecasting and pipeline management with data-driven analytics to inform leadership decisions.
Create dashboards and real-time reports to measure KPI progress and inform Boards and executives.
