Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Senior Sales Operations Manager to drive go-to-market excellence and own the GTM technology stack, including Salesforce, CPQ, and related tools. You will lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and FP&A, delivering data-driven insights and process improvements.

The role emphasizes ownership of forecasting, pipeline management, and deal desk operations, with a focus on data integrity and KPI alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
• 4+ years in Salesforce administration and ecosystem tools.
• 4+ years in analytics/analytic tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategies including pricing, packaging, segmentation, and territory planning.
• Establish KPIs and ensure alignment with goals and execution.
• Contribute to annual planning, including compensation plans, headcount forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
• Lead Salesforce as the system of record and ensure data hygiene for FP&A metrics.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline management, and deal desk operations with CPQ.
• Create dashboards and reporting structures for real-time KPI insights and revenue trends.
