Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across GTM processes and technology stack, uniting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and FP&A.

The role focuses on optimizing Salesforce, CPQ, and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and strategic alignment across teams, including compensation planning and pipeline analysis. Expect a collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years experience in Revenue Operations or Sales/Sales Operations.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Salesforce administration and ecosystem tools.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in analytics/analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategies, including pricing, packaging, segmentation, and territory planning.
• Establish and maintain KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational execution.
• Contribute to annual planning, including compensation plans, headcount forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
• Lead the management of Salesforce as the system of record, ensuring data hygiene and alignment with FP&A metrics.
• Oversee forecasting and pipeline management processes, utilizing advanced analytics to drive actionable insights.
