Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to drive revenue operations and own critical GTM processes. You will optimize the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Orum, and CPQ tools, and deliver actionable insights to align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and FP&A.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Salesforce administration and ecosystem tools.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in analytics/analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategies, including pricing, packaging, segmentation, and territory planning.
• Establish and maintain KPIs and ensure alignment with goals and execution.
• Lead the management of Salesforce as the system of record, ensuring data hygiene and FP&A alignment.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting structures for real-time revenue insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive process optimization.
